  • Do you ever find yourself wanting to help those in need (especially at Christmas)?
  • Do you know a child or family who comes to CHILDSERV for assistance?
  • Would you be where you are now if you hadn't had someone who cared for you when you were young?
  • Does your church community provide ways to get involved with CHILDSERV?
  • Did you provide a nurturing home for a foster child?
  • Did you adopt a child and provide a safe and loving home?
  • Did CHILDSERV help you at some point in your life?
  • Did you know that CHILDSERV is formerly the Lake Bluff Children’s Home?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, CHILDSERV has made an impact on your life. This is your chance to make an impact for someone else. Every gift makes a difference. It is never about the size of the gift, but the power of the combined effort of all our stakeholders.  You are part of the ChildServ family!

Click here to make a gift today to help over 4,000 at-risk children and families build, achieve and sustain better lives.

Thank you for your faithful support,

Dear Leon,

On our 17th stop on our U.S. City Tour last week in San Francisco, Nothing But Nets supporters helped the campaign achieve something spectacular: more than 350 people signed our giant Message of Hope, unlocking a generous donor’s pledge to send 1,000 bed nets to refugees in Africa!

Imagine turning the corner in downtown San Francisco and seeing a huge canvas banner filled with handwritten messages expressing hope for refugees in Africa. Partners like The United Methodist Church’s Bishop Bickerton and the UN Refugee Agency’s Thomas Albrecht stood alongside supporters to add their names to the giant Message of Hope in support of sending nets and saving lives. We’ll be taking the oversized Message of Hope banner with us to the refugee camps and will deliver it with nets to displaced families.

But San Francisco supporters aren’t the only ones continuing to send nets and messages of hope. After we showed you Champion Rick Reilly’s special video message a few weeks ago, more than 100 people sent Messages of Hope with their donations for life-saving nets.

We continue to be amazed by the dedication from all of YOU. Nothing But Nets continues to save lives thanks to passionate people like you. In this global effort to save lives, every voice counts. So thank you to the city of San Francisco and our supporters in the Bay Area; thank you to our generous donor; thank you to everyone across the country and around the world who has come to our rallies, stadium nights, coffee buzzes; and to those who have sent nets, saved lives, and sent Messages of Hope.

Your continued efforts and dedication to this cause make us proud, and gives us hope that soon enough, we will cover Africa with bed nets and put an end to malaria deaths.

Thank you,

Adrianna Logalbo, Director of Nothing But Nets
